EIGHT TIPS for even more nutritional success...

Tip 1:

Ask questions that will get a better result regarding your food intake.

Tip 2:

Increasing water intake to a minimum of over 2 litres per day.

Tip 3:

Increase intake of natural carbohydrates (fruits & vegetables). Limit/avoid processed carbohydrates (breads, pasta, cakes …etc).

Tip 4:

Increase quality protein (lean meats) to repair and rebuild your body.

Tip 5:

Increase good fats (fish oils, flax seed oil the omegas ..etc) , we need essential fats as they are essential to your body.

Tip 6:

Eat Breakfast like a King/Queen, Lunch like Prince/Princess and Dinner like a Pauper.

Tip 7:

Monitor your Heart so you know when your are burning Fats or Sugars.

Move your body or lose it. Look after it. Where else are you going to live. Increase physical activity and exercise.
